Welcome to the Pleasanton Library & Information Center

Hello there neighbor!

Thank you for visiting our website, and I hope this means you are considering a visit to us live and in person. When you do stop by, we will be here to greet you kindly, and assist you in all your Library needs.

As you may know, our city motto is: "The City of Live Oaks and Friendly Folks."  It is easy to see how that motto came to be.  The Library is surrounded by Live Oak trees and customer service is first and foremost focus!  We are here to serve our patrons to the best of our ability, and will constantly strive to improve our service.

If you have comments, suggestions or ideas for community events, please share them with us. If you would like to schedule a tour for a group, or one on one time with our Librarian or one of our staff members to learn how to use the catalog, or find specific information resources, just give us a call (830) 569-5901 or send an email to:  dsteelman@pleasantontx.gov
